Trace is in early-access beta on iOS and Android. If something is not working, you have a question about your account, or you want to share an idea, use the options below — we read every submission.

Bugs & feedback

Use our feedback form to describe what happened, which screen you were on, and attach screenshots if helpful. Include your device model and app version when you can.

Beta access

Trace is on the App Store for iPhone. You can join the beta testing waitlist for early access on other platforms. If you already signed up, watch your inbox — we email when your invite is ready.

Account & sign-in

Trace uses email sign-in. For password reset or verification issues, use the link in the email from Trace. If links expire, request a new one from the sign-in screen in the app.

Common questions

Is Trace free during beta?

Yes. Beta access is free while we build with early testers. We will communicate clearly before any paid features ship.

How do I delete my account?

Delete your account in the app: Profile → Settings, scroll down, expand Rarely needed, then follow the delete steps. Full instructions and data details are on our account deletion page.
